Using the worksheet

  1. Describe: on the Rubric tab, enter the initiative's name, description, and domain(s).
  2. Score: rate each of the five dimensions from 1 to 5 using the descriptors. The total calculates automatically.
  3. Decide: check the total against the review bands and discuss with your team.
  4. Plan: on Plan/Track, set KPIs (e.g., "80% usage"), OKRs (e.g., "10% retention gain"), and efficacy measures (e.g., "80% of AI flags confirmed accurate").
  5. Track & reflect: update progress, then use the Reflect tab to record lessons and next steps.

Start small. Test with one department or course before scaling, share plans with students and faculty early to build trust, and if a pilot falls short, use Reflect to adjust rather than abandon.

Representative content. The templates and references use example criteria, roles, timeframes, and scores. Edit them to match your institution's own process before use.
